In almost all cases, Papa John's delivery has been under 30 minutes for me, and the pizza's always been hot. Easy to order online system.

We placed an order around 10, they told us it would take about an hour 30 mins until we got it so my roommate asked to pick it up but they said no so we had no other option but to wait. After 2 hours we finally got our cold burnt pizza. The next day my brother called to complain and the agreed to give us another pizza for free. They completely messed up the new order we wanted a double cheese light sauce pepperoni pizza but we ended up with a over baked double pepperoni extra sauce light cheese pizza -_-. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone. I'm so disappointed smh. The whole team needs to be retrained.

Live just minutes away. Wanted to place an order for carry-out but was on hold for 10 minutes. I just hung up the phone.

Pizza quality is good.... but.... Delivery is always - ALWAYS! - at least 30-45 minis late (read: 60-90 minutes after you order). If you wanna order dinner from this place, better order your pizza during lunch-time.... I'm serious.

I recently decided to get delivery pizza again for the first time in years... What a mistake. Delivery pizza is disgusting... But Papa John's is the best out of all of them IMO. I ordered an extra garlic sauce and they forgot to give it to me. I only realized it because I decided to check the pizza out in the car and had to go back in and ask for another one.

Sorry this place has gone downhill. It was much better a few years ago. Now the pizza always come late and it is cold. I also got sick twice off of the pizza. I hope they can get it together soon but for now I will order from Armands or Flippin Pizza.

I will never order from this place again! Why? 1) Because every time I have ordered, I have asked for the driver to bring plates and napkins and they never do. 2) I gave them my cell phone number and told them I would meet the driver in the lobby (I work in a very large building). Apparently they failed to pass this information on to the driver. He called my office and since I wasn't there, he left me a frustrated message that I should leave a accurate number where I can be reached.

I work at a local business and have ordered from this store over several years. It is about a 20% chance that you will actually get what you've ordered for delivery! They have forgotten parts of my order (left bread sticks, soda, etc. at the store) and the may or may not be the bread that I've ordered. Forget about making any changes, leaving out black olives and adding jalpeno peppers. NEVER ask for thin, well done (crispy) pizza, it like they completly ignore the request, same for square cut. Oh, it's on the lable on the box but that doesn't match what is in the box. Deliver time is always 15 - 45 minutes longer than what I've been told. Call the store to complain and you'll be ALWAYS be placed on hold which can last from 5 - 20 minutes. I'm so fed up with this franchise!!!!!!! How can Papa John's allow such a poor business to represent their brand. I live in Annapolis and order from the local Papa Johns and NEVER have a problem. The pizza is correct with prompt delivery and nothing is forgotten. If I could give this place ZERO stars or a negative number I would. I don't know what other franchises are in the area but you can bet that this is my last order from this Papa Johns.

They use flaky pastry - not dough - on their pizza. Yuck!!! I ordered a thin crust pizza with mushroom - and the base was flaky, and sweet and airy - which would have been delicious with nuttella and bananas. But on a savory pizza?!? I telephoned to complain and was told by the person claiming to be the manager that this is the dough they buy (they don't make their own, another big red flag). When I suggested that people may want real, savory dough with their pizza and not flaky sweet pasty, she sullenly and eventually offered to tell her manager. Big deal. Forget any repeat orders here.

Ordered online. Had done it many times before, and they always promptly deliver a fresh hot pizza TO MY DOOR! What makes it so different to say this time you ask? Maybe it was the delivery girl giving me a trick instead of the pizza treat I paid for by calling my cell, and spitting out as fast as she could that, "you're pizza's downstairs come pick it up okay bye." click. Um, excuse me? Are you serious? I barely said hello! I immediately call her back to tell her, no you bring it up one flight of stairs that all the other delivery guys do, but alas she didn't pick up. *shrugs* I walk downstairs to pick up missing pizza, and it's just sitting there. On the counter. At the front desk. For anyone to grab. or sneeze on. or cough on. I was SO mad. I asked her, how long it'd been sitting there, and they told me oh a few minutes. What's the cherry on top? The pizza wasn't even hot! I decide that no I don't want a repeat of this scenario, I want my damn money back papa. I was put on hold, and SPOKE TO FIVE DIFFERENT PEOPLE, with more than one stating they were the manager before finally getting authorization to get my money back. TRICK WAS ON ME THIS HALLOWEEN.

Worst customer service! They come up with any prices they want. First person answer phone tells me 10.99 large special with up to 3 toppings then puts me on hold for almost 5 minutes. Then someone else picks up phone and keeps putting me on hold to check other orders. I say Hello over and over because I'm being ignored at this point and line is open on there end and just crazy listening to them curse each other out over wrong orders and address?? Not my problem! Just trying to order Carry out. When male finally gets back on line says total 13.99 special no longer available. I said I just ordered with other male that stated the special of 10.99 and 5 minutes gone by. Male states he was manager and he just fired other male and if I wanted pizza its 13.99 and tax. Then he puts phone on hold again. Three minutes longer on hold! WTF?? Forget it went to another pizza spot for pizza! Don't waste your time at 4 Corners Papa's because its run by Rude Idiot's!!!

FIND ANOTHER PLACE, OR NEVER USE DELIVERY. If you do, expect a 75 minute wait, luke warm pizza and side items missing almost every time. They will forget to add your banana peppers, dipping sauce, etc. When you call, you always get the same response "the driver is almost there". Not a bad place if you pick up yourself, and personally check your order, but to pay a $2.50 delivery charge for a place 10 minutes away and have to wait 75 minutes.....just try another pizza place. Papa John's does have a great website, though.

I remember it used to take a long time getting my order, but recently it hasn't been nearly as bad. Today it took only 30 minutes to get two large pizzas - so whatever they're doing right, they need to keep it up. I remember it used to take an hour, like others said. The pizza came out very well. It was the right size for a large, the sauce was just the right amount, and the cheese was (as usual) very good - especially considering I added the 3-cheese to my pizza :) . It's worth giving a second chance.

I just ordered pizza online for my boyfriend's apartment. We've done this a million times before and there has been NO PROBLEM. it's been hit or miss as to whether the driver will come up stairs or will wait outside, but that was not a problem for me, i'm easy going, and there is an elevator. but this time, f this f'ing place forever. i'll order pizza hut now before i ever order papa john's again. i was just called by some rude idiot at the store. i can understand getting orders right and whatnot, but there is no reason to talk down to me about something that seems really simple for your line of work: getting to the front door. anyway, this dude was practically yelling at me, "look, i dont know how you normally do this, is there a pass code or are you coming down? what do you expect me to do here?" rapid fire, without me saying ANYTHING. i dont need your attitude, asshole. he also was completely put out by the idea of calling my boyfriend's number (which i had plugged in on the website already) instead of mine. i was so mad i wanted to write a complaint to papa john's online, but they want all this info and i rather just bitch about it online or slap this guy in the face than try to get something out of it or get the dude fired. oh...and the pizza is seriously terrible at this specific store. i dont know how that is possible, but it is awful.

constantly takes over an hour to arrive, often is cold and dried up. the people dont give a crap when you call to complain and the drivers are rude. the people at headquarters apologize and give you a free pizza, thats it. no changes get made. im done with them.

Great Pizza! Decent Price! We picked ours up, so i can't really speak to the delivery drivers being on time or not. We did call in and order the special that was online, and for some reason, they were not aware of their own special as displayed on their website, though, so at first we were overcharged until we made them aware of what their website advertised special was. Other than that, it was a pretty good experience!

Sometimes you just crave pizza...unfortunately my favorite pizza take out place (I miss RoundTable). If you can pick up pizza its the way to go. If you are hungry and want delivery they will take a bit over an hour. Customary with the pizza will be the garlic butter (nom) and the pepperocinis/ Two thumbs up for the Papa John's website.

it's ok. I got a supreme pizza the other day and it could have been cooked longer as I picked up a slice and everything fell off; cheese n all. it was okay but I prefer Pizza Hut or Ledos.

We have ordered at 9:40 pm on Sunday online. At 10-20 we were told our pizza should be there shortly. It arrived half an hour later overcooked, cold and disgusting. I don't recommend this joint.

Drivers are consistently late. Pizzas are frequently cold and dried up. Drivers are completely confused by apartment buildings with callboxes. They are also unable to take the initiative and try a cellphone when they get confused. For repeated problems, I finally asked for some kind of compensation - a hot pizza, anything. The best they could do was offer a free pizza sometime in the future. They lost that promise, and after being on hold and getting the run around for a very long time, I was told I would not get a free pizza... that was three years ago and until today I avoided this location like the plague. An hour and fifteen minutes after after ordering my pizza, I called them to ask where my pizza was, and they had no idea. They could only say that the first driver got a flat tire, and that the second driver had been dispatched to pick it up. No one notified me it would be late. Another shop would have baked fresh pizzas. Another shop would have called or emailed to explain a 45 minute delay. After I complained for a bit, they offered to put me on hold and find a manager. I can't imagine it would have been fruitful, let alone worth my time. I already tipped $4 via credit card on a $17 pizza, too. When drivers arrive on time, I often tip above that in cash. At T+1:20 the driver just called to say "I'm five minutes away. No one answered the phone earlier." My phone has perfect signal, and missed no calls. I already know the pizza is late, why BS about having called earlier? At least I now have some confidence (50%) that my pizza might actually arrive.... and at T+1:27 I am finally eating slightly warm pizza. Yay.

  • Alisa V.

If I could give 0 stars I would. It took over 90 minutes for my pizza to be delivered to my house and I live a mere 5 miles down the road. In addition, the customer service is below poor. Everyone has an unnecessary attitude. To make matters worse my pizza was barely luke warm when I received it. In addition, every single time I called they would say "He should be arriving right now," or "We only have one driver working today." Um, hello. You're a pizza delivery restaurant...and you have one driver? I can't deal with that foolishness. I am incredibly disappointed and will never order from this place again. STAY AWAY SILVER SPRING RESIDENTS!!
